Who we are
BYDER provides event photography, videography and livestreaming. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. Questions? Email shotsbyder@gmail.com or call (480) 738-0199.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, event type, date, venue or city, the services you need and any notes. If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and messages.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, check availability, prepare a quote and deliver the services you book. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who else handles it
Our website and inquiry form are hosted by Framer, and form submissions are delivered to our email inbox. These providers process data on our behalf to run the site. We may share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Photos and video of you
Photos, video and livestreams we create at your event are used to deliver your order. We only feature event work on this website or on social media with the client’s permission.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, to provide the service and keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing shotsbyder@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
